Your profile:
- Completed training in hotel management, catering or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role is desirable
- A friendly, well-presented manner and a strong focus on service
- Organisational skills and ability to work in a team
- Resilience and flexibility, even in stressful situations
- Good command of German; knowledge of other languages an advantage
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for your own service area (tables, stations) in the restaurant during breakfast and evening service, or during afternoon and evening service
- Providing a warm and professional welcome, looking after and advising our guests
- Serving food and drinks in accordance with current standards
- Ensuring a smooth workflow between the kitchen and front-of-house
- Mise en place and preparation of the service area
- Supporting the team during events and special occasions
- Adherence to hygiene and quality standards

- Providing information on local attractions and offers
- Supporting the development and refinement of projects
What you should bring to the role:
- Training or experience in the hotel or service sector
- Good communication skills in German; knowledge of English is desirable
- A friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a team and a strong service-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with hotel software
- A strong willingness to take personal responsibility and organise your own work
