Our conditions give an overview of the booking info, and all relevant information for your holiday in Going, which you will need for your planned stay at the 4-star superior Hotel Sonnenhof on the Wilder Kaiser. They will help you to plan your holiday, so that all uncertainties are eliminated, and you can enjoy a relaxing stay with us.

Arrival and departure
Your room is ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 5 pm, please call us. Please vacate your room on the day of departure until 11.00 am!
The day of arrival starts with the Tyrolean Marende (snack), the day of departure will end with breakfast. You can still use our swimming pool until 1 pm on the day of departure, after that you will be charged.
Arrival by e-car
We want to ensure a greener footprint and offer our guests since August 2021 the possibility to charge your e-car directly at our hotel at one of the three e-charging stations.
Heart safe:
Don't worry about your health. We are heart safe and have a defibrillator directly in the hotel. So in case of emergency 1st aid measures are taken care of!
Pets
Dogs: € 20,- per night, without food - Dogs are allowed in the conservatory for breakfast and dinner.

In winter, we have a minimum stay of 1 week (Sunday to Sunday).
The same applies in summer during the tourist season. In summer and in winter, we have Sunday as the day of arrival.

Recommendation
For every room, no matter how many people, you will receive a credit for your recommendation. Valid in the hotel and in the Verena apartment. According to the length of stay in the recommended room, you will get:
1-3 days a voucher of € 20,-
4-6 days a voucher of € 35,-
from 7 days a voucher of € 50,-
The voucher can only be issued, when the holiday in the recommended room has been completely finished.
